- Proven full-stack development expertise (1+ years) with demonstrated ability to deliver complete features from frontend to backend
- Strategic technical leadership experience (2+ years) as a primary technical decision-maker for a SaaS product
- Substantial experience (4+ years) building customer-facing SaaS products with real-world impact
- Practical experience integrating generative AI into your development workflow to enhance productivity and innovation

We are a remote-first company that hires globally via Crossover. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
