Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
* Supervise and guide the housekeeping team to ensure consistency and quality.
* Monitor and report on room conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a housekeeping or related role.
* Proven leadership and supervision skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
