In this role, you'll collaborate with our Intake and Support teams and key decision-makers responsible for procuring clinical services. You will serve as the main point of contact for new patient callers, triaging their needs while exemplifying our core competencies of excellence.

Responsibilities include scheduling new patients courteously and efficiently, educating patients to ensure they are engaged in their upcoming appointment, possessing exemplary phone etiquette, performing individually and as a team member, accurately assessing patient needs based on their injuries, previous treatment, and current symptoms.
Qualifications include sales experience, experience with a multi-line phone system, experience with a CRM, bilingual/Spanish speakers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales experience and healthcare experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on patient health and well-being.
The work location is hybrid: 3 days in-person, 2 days remote, and the job type is full-time.
