About our Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Officer to join our team. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ongoing interaction with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their IT issues.
You will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical clients of various businesses and backgrounds. Your role will involve providing support for computers and IT issues across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include creating and updating all relevant documentation and databases, as well as communicating with clients to resolve their IT issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years' experience supporting clients in an I.T. Support Role. You should also have hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments including cloud and 365. Industry-based accreditations such as Microsoft or Cisco Certifications are recommended.
