About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving results? We're looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Recovery and Settlements team for a 12-month contract. This role is open to internal candidates based inMelbourne & Brisbane

What you'll do:
Manage recovery and settlement workflows in a timely and efficient manner
Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
Negotiate win/win outcomes on settlement claims
Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on positive outcomes
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Resilience and composure in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in analysing data and making informed decisions
Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
