About ACL
ACL is a family-owned bathroomware wholesaler, established in 2000 and based in Silverwater, Sydney. With over 25 years in the industry, we supply retailers, commercial merchants and plumbing suppliers nationwide through our wholesale network.
Our brands include P&P, P&P Plus and IKON, supported by in-house sales and after-sales service. With a team of around 20 people, ACL is entering a new growth phase, expanding our sales and marketing capability while maintaining our strong reputation for quality, reliability and long-term customer relationships.
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales and account management role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers and growing accounts over time.
You’ll manage a mix of existing customers and new business development, working with retailers, commercial merchants and plumbing suppliers. The role is based in Silverwater and includes regional NSW and some interstate travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts
* Prepare quotations and provide product information
* Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities
* Recommend products based on customer needs
* Conduct client meetings (virtual and in person)
* Attend trade shows and industry events
* Support key accounts and assist with large customer relationships
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in sales or account management
* Experience in bathroomware, construction or building products is preferred
* Exposure to Bunnings, Tradelink, Reece, Harvey Norman or similar is advantageous
* Well organised, reliable and relationship-focused
* Comfortable working independently with support from the team
* Willing to travel as required

* Base salary $80,000 – $90,000 (experience dependent)
