The Role
Seeking a highly-organised and motivated Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to work on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, high-end developments and off the plan.
Duties
* Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion
* Review and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents
* Attend to all settlement completion processes
* Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processes
About you
* Up-to-date experience as a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal
* Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* A people-person who can adapt to a collaborative national team
