Overview
A unique opportunity exists at the Parks Tavern for a highly motivated and driven approved manager to join our team. A role is available for a true hospitality professional which likes a challenge and has the ability to operate between different departments. The successful applicant will be willing to work nights and weekends and will be employed on a casual basis of approximately 30 hours per week. This role is a very hands-on role and you will work beside staff or by yourself to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operations of the bar and bottle shop when rostered on as the approved manager on duty.
* Cashing up and following closing procedures to ensure the venue is secure at the end of the day\'s trade.
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and customer service.
* Helping out the bottle shop manager or venue manager to accomplish specific operational requirements, for example stock taking.
* Adhering to business procedures and following directives at all times.
Qualifications
* Current Approved Managers certifications.
* Have worked in similar roles for longer than 3 years
* Have knowledge of H & L pos systems
* Currently holds an Australian driver licence
* Must have rights to work in Australia
