About the Role:

As a dedicated professional, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals within our community. We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Case Manager to support those in need, particularly in mental health.
This role is part-time, 18 hours a week, with a focus on supporting people with mental health issues to access their community.
You will be working across various programs, establishing positive relationships with clients, staff, and other organizations. Your ability to assess client safety, plan, and intervene where necessary will be vital in ensuring the well-being of those you support.
This position is located in Tamworth but may involve outreach to surrounding communities. You will have access to a work pool car, laptop, and mobile phone for work purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary education in social work, psychology, or a related field, as well as demonstrated experience in mental health. Strong observation, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of child protection systems and NDIS (if applicable).
