About Digital Business Partnerships
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Business Partner. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with business entities, driving digital innovation, and leading information technology projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration between Schneider Digital and business units. You will also partner with the Pacific Zone business to transform business processes and drive productivity through the use of best-in-class tools.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information technology management, particularly in digital project management. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate senior management circles and drive impactful change.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with assigned businesses to identify, understand, advocate, and drive delivery of digital initiatives.
* Represent global digital delivery organizations within Schneider to drive digital programs and ensure positive outcomes locally.
* Lead, mentor, and foster a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams to ensure outstanding digital outcomes.
* Manage projects from high-level analysis to go-live execution, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Pacific Zone business to evolve and transform all business processes. This includes generating demand, planning, budgeting, controlling, and closing off projects and change requests. You will also escalate information technology issues and risks.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in information technology management, particularly in digital project management.
* Proven ability to navigate senior management circles and drive impactful change.
* Exceptional communication, conflict management, and presentation skills.
* Technical background in information technology, including application support, systems administration, or network/infrastructure.
* Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing, especially in Sales and Distribution.
