We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in the Northern Territory to grow our presence across Industrial, Roofing and Rollforming markets. This role suits a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
The final mix of Industrial and Roofing focus will be shaped around the successful candidate's background, strengths and market opportunity.

Role Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors and key accounts
* Develop and execute sales growth across industrial fastener product categories
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Provide technical support, product recommendations and solutions
Roofing & Rollforming Focus
* Grow sales with roofing and rollforming distributors, fabricators and contractors
* Drive growth in roofing fasteners and associated systems
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions
* Support specification-driven projects where required
General Responsibilities
* Maintain strong knowledge of Bremick's product range, applications and installation techniques
* Understand and work within relevant Australian standards and building codes
* Manage your territory autonomously while delivering consistent results
Support Structure
* You will be supported by:
* Centralised Customer Service teams in Sydney and Brisbane
* Experienced Warehouse Managers and warehouse teams
* A dedicated Marketing team based in Sydney
* Online customer portal providing pricing, inventory and technical resources
* Knowledgeable National Operations and Product Management teams
Candidate Desired Experience
* Proven B2B sales experience within Industrial, Construction, Roofing or Manufacturing markets
* Strong relationship-building skills with distributors and key stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously in a field-based sales role
* Excellent communication, influencing and customer service skills
Highly Regarded
* Experience in Roofing and/or Rollforming markets
* Sound knowledge of fasteners and related products
* Trade background or strong technical product understanding
* Experience working with B2B distributors
