**The Position '" Full Time Recruitment Coordinator**
We're looking for a passionate people person who has the mindset of what's best for the client's business to support them conducting recruitment and selection campaigns and coordinating the onboarding process.
You will be exposed to recruitment for a variety of positions across different businesses and industries. This position will support both the IHR HR Consultants with their ongoing client recruitment and also our sister company '" Integrated Recruitment Specialists (recruitment agency).
There is no hard-core recruitment selling / cold calling with this position. But from time-to-time business development will be required in a 'soft sell' way.
We will ensure your success in your responsibilities of the recruitment and selection life-cycle being:
- Taking the initial position brief from the client
- Creating an engaging job advertisement
- Posting the job ad through our recruitment platform '" MyRecruit Plus
- Conducting talent search campaigns
- Shortlisting
- Per-Screen interviews
- Face-to-face interview
- Reference checks
- Writing interview questions
- Open, honest and transparent communication both with the client and internally
- Attending clients at their premises
- Some employee life-cycle administration
- General administration and HR support from time to time
- Attending networking events from time to time
- and much more
***About You**
With your 3+ years of recruitment experience, you will also have a mature, ethical and open approach to your work. Your ability to easily juggle multiple priorities and have a solution focused mindset will see you succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Anyone working in the industry knows that attention to detail and compliance is key and of course this position requires those skills. But just as important is customer service - ensuring that your clients are openly communicated with and in a timely manner.
To be successful you will love recruitment and selection and be wanting to further your career in this field as well as being:
- Degree or certificate qualified in Human Resources / Recruitment / Business or similar
- Willing to attend networking events and conduct recruitment business development
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to learn our internal and client HRIS systems
- Professional in your approach to work with a sense of humour
- Willing to learn on the job and take direction with a pro-active and 'can-do' attitude
- Proven track record within the recruitment industry
