Level 4 $41.38 to $55.16 per hour (including casual loading)
The Role
We're looking for experienced team leaders with a passion for Customer Service to join us as an Events, Arts & Culture Team Leader (Casual). Working across the Matt Dann Theatre and Cinema, JD Hardie Youth Centre and other external event sites, the Team Leader is responsible for:
- Leading a positive team culture — carrying out the day-to-day supervision of technical and production staff.
- Providing event management support, including supervising and assisting with the setup and pack away of event equipment (signage, marquees, tables, chairs).
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality event programs through the provision of appropriate contractors and stakeholders.
- Maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring friendly, timely, and efficient interactions.
- Supporting risk management processes, including risk management plans, assessments, and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety Act 2020, Regulations 2022, and other relevant legislation and policies.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment, to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- WA Working with Children Card (or ability to obtain)
- Rights to work in Australia
- Ability to work outside of regular office hours
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- WA C Class Drivers Licence
