Sales Manager
The role of a Sales Manager is to drive revenue growth by achieving club membership sales targets, training and mentoring Membership Consultants, and assisting the Club General Manager with daily operational procedures and meetings.
* New membership sales: Achieve club target set by the Club Manager and Directors.
* Deliver training, mentoring and support to Membership Consultants, encouraging creative and varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads.
* Use internal software systems including Clubware, Debit Success & Gym Sales to determine internal communications and procedures are being met and followed.
* Utilize internal and external marketing, including social media, SMS, Email Blasts, B2B outreach, community events, and other forms of lead generation to maintain a continual lead base for the club.
* Manage and utilize social media as per the guide provided.
* Support the Club General Manager where needed.
* Plan, manage and execute external lead generation including B2B, outreach, and external community event planning.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
