About the role Our Perth office has an exciting opportunity for a Legal OfficeJunior to join our team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this rolewill act as the first point of contact for clients of the firm, inaddition to covering Legal Secretaries' leave and supportingthem with overflow work.
You will have a varied workload and some of yourresponsibilities will include:
Reception duties, including answering and responding toenquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate personProviding support to legal secretariesCollating briefs to CounselPreparation of general correspondenceGeneral office duties such as photocopying and filingCollections and deliveries in the CBDAbout you This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), entry-level positionand would be well suited to a recent school leaver who is lookingto start their Legal Secretary career with a nationally recognisedlaw firm.
Previous legal experience and/or a TAFE certificate inBusiness & Administration/Business & Legal is highlydesirable, but not essential.
