About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Carine Parkside Care Community.

What You'll Do:
Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.
What You'll Need:
A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
