Our client is a well known government organsation and we are on the lookout for an experienced Project Administrator to organise project activities, provide administrative support, and coordinate various projects tasks (including assisting with inventory management and admin around that), quality controls, tools, templates and other activities as required
- Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Project Coordination role
- We welcome people who have strong office admin experience to apply. As long as you are willing to learn
- Previous experience working on large complex projects
- An awareness of project management methodologies and processes
- Hands on experience in supporting and preparing project governance meeting papers
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Technology user (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, project and task management tools, MS Teams)
