Job Title: Water Hygiene Specialist
Our client is a leading Environmental Consultancy specializing in the delivery of Water Hygiene services across the UK.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Water Hygiene Specialist to join our team. As a Water Hygiene Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out water sampling, temperature monitoring, deadleg removals, rerouting and replacing pipework duties across Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites.
You will have experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer and/or Plumber for a reputable Water Hygiene company.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Deadleg removals and rerouting of pipework
* TMV servicing and failsafe testing
* Flushing of little used outlets
* Showerhead cleans and disinfections
* CWST cleans and disinfections
* Attending site to carry out fault-finding and ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in line with HSG 274/AcoP L8 guidelines
* Good communication skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Must hold the City and Guilds/NVQ L2 or higher in plumbing
