McLean Farms is seeking an experienced Egg Grading and Packing Floor Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Grading and Packing Facility.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and enjoys supporting teams, maintaining high standards, and driving continuous improvement.
About the Role Reporting to the Grading and Packing Manager, the Grading and Packing 2IC plays a key role in overseeing grading and packing operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
You will act as a key support to the team, while leading by example on the floor, contributing to operational efficiency and a positive team culture.
