Executive Culinary Leader

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.

* Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
* Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies to meet customer needs and preferences
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and infection control in accordance with industry best practices
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization

* Certified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or similar leadership role
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen procedures, operations, and menu writing skills
* Experience with budgeting, cost control, and staff management
