Group Audit and Assurance (GA&A) is the internal audit function for the Group. Our purpose is to provide independent, objective assurance on risk management, controls, and governance. Your Impact
As Audit Manager, you'll report to the Executive Manager, Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance. You'll play a key role in delivering audits focused on Financial Crime, Fraud and Scams, and Regulatory Compliance. This dynamic role requires adaptability, sound judgement, and collaboration. You'll work on meaningful projects that protect our customers and strengthen the bank.
What You'll Do
* Lead and participate in all stages of audits – planning, fieldwork, reporting, and closure.
* Support the development and regular refresh of a risk‑based audit plan.
* Use data analytics and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and insights.
* Prepare clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders and Board committees.
* Build strong relationships across the business to provide holistic risk coverage.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within GA&A.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
* Experience in Compliance, AML/CTF, Financial Crime, or Audit within financial services or professional services.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk‑management strategies.
* Excellent communication skills – able to present findings clearly and confidently.
* Ability to work with urgency and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx) and reporting dashboards.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, CIA).
