Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day coordination of our influencer, UGC creator and seeding programs.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate paid influencer campaigns across key markets
* Write engaging briefs for influencers and UGC creators
* Manage content timelines, submissions, approvals and usage rights
* Track content performance
* Source and manage a roster of UGC creators
* Own product seeding programs
* Assist with influencer negotiations and contracts
* Support on‐set coordination for social shoots and content series
* Maintain a centralised creator database and nurture relationships
* Identify emerging talent and propose new content ideas
* On‐site role 5‐days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices
What You Bring
* 1-2 years' experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
* Hands‐on experience with gifting, seeding or PR programs
* Experience writing creator or influencer briefs
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Social‐native: tapped into TikTok trends, creators and internet culture
* Bonus: comfortable on camera and participating in brand content
* Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
