Store Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will lead a team of stylists to provide exceptional customer service and help customers feel glamorous and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Drive store performance through strong visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
* Manage staff roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based scheduling.
* Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the brand values and provide them with an excellent welcome, training, and induction.
* Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others.
* Drive commercial outcomes.
* Excellent operations and stock management.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion.
* Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on business.
* Ability to make decisions based on best outcome for business.
* Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team.
* The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment.
* Self-motivated and a strong communicator.
