Role Overview
The Business Development Manager leads a team focused on generating new commercial opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands‐on sales, with accountability for team performance and market expansion.

About You
* 3+ years sales experience (end-to-end)
* 2+ years leading or mentoring sales teams in a B2B environment
* Strong sales, coaching, and communication skills
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused
* Experience in consultative or service-based sales (preferred)
Hybrid working with 3 set days in the office and early finish on Fridays.
