We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host Team Leader.
This role requires the ability to manage the activities and performance of Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager. Key responsibilities include scheduling onsite resident guests for Owner Updates or regular Club presentations during their stay, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local attractions, completing all department-related paperwork, utilizing communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, meeting guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream, establishing rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience, collaborating with resort operations to provide seamless check-in experiences, capturing the benefits of traveling within our community, and meeting business targets and KPIs.
This role requires weekend and public holiday availability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar hotel role, a genuine passion for customer service and local areas, excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, high levels of computer literacy, and previous experience with PMS systems advantageous.
