Overview
Assistant Facilities Manager – responsible for delivering essential facilities services across a portfolio of commercial assets in the heart of the city, ensuring efficient operation and high‐quality working environments for client tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
* Manage site operations, including contractor coordination, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues.
* Oversee health, safety and environmental aspects of FM delivery and conduct site safety inspections.
* Control contractors to ensure cost‐effective repairs and maintenance.
* Maintain high levels of customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in facilities management or a trade background (highly regarded).
* Demonstrated customer service experience, strong work ethic and positive approach.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship‐management skills.
* Demonstrated initiative with problem‐solving ability.
* Strong time‐management skills and computer literacy.
