IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our team as a key member in the maintenance and upkeep of our growing IT infrastructure.
* This role requires 2-3 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in server and network administration.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide second-level technical support, assisting users with system issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Additionally assist with the installation and configuration of new systems ensuring all necessary setup is complete.
To work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues across multiple platforms
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process changes or improvements that enhance service delivery efficiencies
* Certification IV or Diploma in Information Technology essential for this position
