What You’ll Do
* Advise clients on general commercial law matters including Shareholder Agreements, contracts, T&Cs, and business setups
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
* Provide practical, commercially-focused legal solutions
* Work across a variety of clients and industries in a collaborative team environment
About You
* Minimum 5 years post-admission experience
* Broad general commercial law experience
* Strong drafting, advisory, and client relationship skills
* Practical, solution-oriented approach to legal matters
* Full Australian working rights and Australian admission
