We're hiring a Large Format Print & Pack Operator at our West Gosford production facility. No experience in wide format printing needed — we will train you completely from day one. What we need is someone physically fit, technically minded and driven to hit targets safely every single shift.
Every order leaves this floor in full, perfect quality, on time and to specification. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and we need someone who holds themselves to the same.
The Role
* Operating large format roll-fed printers to produce wallcoverings
* Colour management and print quality checks on every run
* Order checking prior to print runs to ensure accuracy
* Cutting wallcoverings to precise specifications
* Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating where needed
* Routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment production-ready
* Managing print workflow to keep printers running without interruption
* Working with the team to prioritise and dispatch samples within 24 hours
* Packing and shipping orders to customers globally
* Lifting wallpaper rolls in and out of machinery — always with a team member, never alone
* Maintaining a clean, organised workstation at all times
* Working to daily KPIs set and monitored by your supervisor

* Can maintain focus and output across a full shift without dropping the standard

* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Award: Graphic Arts, Printing and Publishing Award 2020 (MA000026) — Level 2
* Award rate: $24.95 per hour
* Training: Fully provided from day one — no prior print or wide format experience required
* Start: Immediately
