Working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, you will support the ongoing mental health needs of patients in collaboration with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include responding effectively to emergency situations, monitoring and adapting to changes in patient status, and maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.You’ll be an integral part of a skilled and supportive team environment, with leadership and guidance from your Nurse Unit Manager and Operational Nurse Manager.
