Job Overview

This is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the brand's online presence, developing e-commerce strategies, managing customer relations, and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and positioning it for success in a highly competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the brand's online presence and drive engagement across social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
* Lead content creation initiatives, collaborating with influencers and stylists to showcase our latest collections and trends.
* Oversee product listings, website UX, promotions, and inventory coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Drive online sales growth, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve them, leveraging data insights and analytics to inform your decisions.
* Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance.
* Implement loyalty programs, referral strategies, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives to foster long-term customer relationships and increase revenue.
* Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads, analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
* Build email marketing campaigns and automated flows for engagement and retention, using customer insights and feedback to inform your approach.
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities to expand the brand's reach and influence.
* Monitor KPIs across all channels and prepare reports on performance, growth, and opportunities, using data to drive informed decision-making.


Requirements

* Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
* Hands-on experience managing social media channels and paid digital advertising campaigns.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
* Experience in partnership development, media outreach, and influencer collaborations.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
* Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for fashion and online retail.
