Job Description
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
* Process sales orders, credit claims, returns and provide documentation support e.g. invoices, product information.
* Validate stock availability and pricing and communicate this to necessary people.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
* Collaborate with team members and provide backup support when needed
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Experience with data entry.
* Must have experience with EDI (Electronic Data interchange).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
