Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will oversee a high-performing reception and administration team in an innovative youth mental health service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll also manage finance, fleet, and facilities responsibilities, with compliance and efficiency being key priorities.

This role combines leadership, administration management, and creating a positive team culture. As the successful candidate, you'll mentor staff, provide essential support, and drive collaboration among team members.
Requirements
* A suitable qualification such as a Diploma of Business Administration with a minimum 5 years' experience in administration is required. Previous experience within a health services environment is crucial.
* You should possess extensive knowledge of administration and reception processes including accounts management, property management, ICT skills, vehicle fleet management, and telecommunications options. Familiarity with Medicare billing processes would be beneficial.
* Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, with special consideration for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, and staff.
