Contract: 11 Months
The Role
This is an 11-month contract role focused on supporting the Client Learning Services team through a period of critical stabilization post Workday Learning implementation. The specialist will be an integral part of the project team supporting the new learning operations governance set up, the stabilization of various learning platforms and processes, while also providing essential operational support to ensure continuity and efficiency. A core part of this role is to meticulously document all processes and procedures for a seamless handover to the business and teams.
Key Project Responsibilities:
- Learning Transformation: Support the transition and standardization of learning academies, leadership skills activities, and the wider Learning Services landscape.
- Technology & Systems: Work closely with the key technology teams providing inputs for the technology roadmap focussing on process side of things and help with testing and adoption of the enhancements in various systems within the learning landscape.
- Knowledge Management: Assist in developing and transitioning learning related information to the platforms like UNAHUB and UNABOT, continuously updating FAQ's and knowledge articles.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and validate data within learning management tools and support analytical requirements. Support the implementation of new solutions, including process designs and validations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams (HRIT, Learning Transformation, BI, etc.) to identify dependencies and streamline processes.
Core Operational Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted business partner, providing guidance on daily operations, prioritizing activities, and resolving problems.
- User Support: Provide end-to-end support for user access requests, including those for M&A; teams and Extended Enterprise users.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement areas for simplification within current tools and processes to improve the user experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Training & Coaching: Coach the external support team to address knowledge gaps, and update internal FAQs and checklists for any new or amended processes.
Crucial Documentation & Communication:
- Process Documentation: A primary responsibility is to create and maintain detailed operational process documentation. All new or updated processes must be thoroughly documented and shared with the business and relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
- Communication: Help land key messages with new stakeholders and functional leads and provide guidance on operational changes to the learning community.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a project-based role within a Learning, HR, or IT workplace.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS / LxP) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to process documentation.
