About the Role
With a key focus on customer sales and clinical excellence, you will provide technical and clinical support to surgeons and medical teams across public and private hospital operating theatres, helping ensure the best possible patient and clinical outcomes.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
* Delivering sales results in line with the business strategy for Arthrex's market leading DEX portfolio products
* Worrking with your colleagues on territory to manage key accounts across sales region
* Mapping out and converting leads to execute successful product launches
* Actively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accounts
* Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
* Attending cases and providing clinical support for DEX procedures
About the Requirements
* A proven track record of success in healthcare sales would be highly regarded
* Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
* Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
* Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
