Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily store operations, delegating tasks, motivating the team, and ensuring excellent service. Training and developing staff in pharmacy operations to enhance customer service and productivity. Supporting team members within the pharmacy. Implementing and developing pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure high service standards. Monitoring compliance and providing feedback on staff performance. Supporting promotional activities to maximize sales. Monitoring sales performance and developing strategies to drive sales. Ensuring the store is well-presented, stock is merchandised, and the environment is customer-friendly.
