About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Consultant to join our NSW Fleet team based in Warwick Farm. Previous experience in sales, finance, or automotive service is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries and actively prospect for new fleet customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
* Implement effective follow-up strategies to drive repeat business and generate leads
* Identify and maximise sales opportunities to achieve volume and profit targets
* Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and finance solutions
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, features, and market trends
About you
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive commercial outcomes
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
