Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide personalized support and guidance to individuals navigating the NDIS.
This role involves understanding individual plans, finding service options that meet unique needs and outcomes, and developing skills in others to enable them to become independent and self-assured in managing their NDIS funding.
The ideal candidate will have experience or understanding of NDIS packages and plans, be able to adapt their communication style to build relationships, think outside the box when navigating challenges, and appreciate individual pace and celebrate key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding individual plans and identifying service options that meet unique needs and outcomes
* Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success
* Developing skills in others to enable them to become independent and self-assured in managing their NDIS funding
* Completing administration tasks to document a person's progress and internal reports
