Senior Rail Infrastructure Engineer

The Role
* We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Rail Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for rail projects including both urban and remote environments. They will also possess excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing technical solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards;
2. Collaborating closely with colleagues from various disciplines such as project managers, engineers, technicians and designers;
3. Providing training to junior engineers on various software applications including MicroStation BRT/OpenRail;
4. Maintaining records of project activities undertaken by self or others where necessary; ◨ To lead multi-disciplinary teams in implementing new technologies using Lean principles & 5S methodology throughout engineering structures involving earthworks & land management.
