The Role We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program focused on modernising enterprise HR and payroll platforms. Location: North Sydney – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Duration: 12 month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $1200 - $1400 per day including super This role plays a key part in leading the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll processes as part of a major enterprise transformation. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to drive fit-to-standard design, oversee integrations and ensure complex HR and payroll processes operate seamlessly end-to-end. Responsibilities Lead functional design and delivery across key SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central and Talent modules Drive fit-to-standard workshops, business process design and solution documentation Oversee integration between SuccessFactors and Payroll ensuring accurate gross-to-net outcomes Define payroll requirements including pay components, allowances, deductions and award interpretation Lead payroll data mapping, time valuation, leave accrual design and reconciliation processes Oversee data migration across HR and payroll including employee master data and historical records Lead testing cycles including SIT, UAT and payroll parallel runs to support successful cutover Experience 8 years’ experience in HCM technology with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations Strong expertise across HR and Payroll processes including compliance and award interpretation Deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire HR processes Experience working within structured transformation programs and design governance Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT environments Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot for this week.
