We're a leading foodservice distribution company located in Canning Vale, looking for a Purchasing Assistant to help us source quality products, keep stock flowing, and support our busy purchasing team.
What you'll do:
 * Assist with purchasing orders and supplier coordination
 * Monitor stock levels and deliveries
 * Control backorders and outstanding purchase orders
 * Generate new product codes
 * Support the team with pricing, product setup, and data entry
 * Help ensure our customers always get the products they need, on time
 * Daily communication with Sales team members
 * Supply chain management
What we're looking for:
 * Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
 * Confidence with numbers and computer systems (Ausvantage knowledge a bonus)
 * A proactive, team-first attitude
 * Previous purchasing, admin, or supply chain experience (preferred but not essential)
