Employment Law Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment law specialist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on diverse and complex employment matters, including employment litigation, discrimination and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise on and manage employment disputes, including employment tribunal claims and court proceedings.
* Undertake workplace investigations, including interviews and fact-finding exercises.
* Manage and advise on employment compliance projects, including wage and hour regulation and contract administration.
* Represent and advise employers on industrial disputes and employee relations.
* Advise and act in post-employment confidentiality and restraint of trade matters.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
* 5+ years PQE experience working within a reputable employment law practice.
* Proven expertise in employment law, with a focus on contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
