Recruitment Consultant
This role will see you working in a high-volume recruitment environment, responsible for attracting and managing contractor talent pools across the construction industry.
* Source and recruit suitable personnel for a range of projects.
* Talent pool management to support business objectives.
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing diversity within the workforce.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports as required.
* Nurture relationships with existing and prospective contractors.
* Develop and place job advertisements across various channels.
* Verify candidate references and clearances as necessary.
* Manage employment contracts and onboarding processes.
To be successful, you will need:
* Previous experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.
* A minimum of 2 years' proven track record in end-to-end recruitment roles.
* Familiarity with CRM software.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
* Detailed-oriented approach.
* Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
