The role:
As a Project Manager you will -
* Take ownership of major industrial construction projects from start to finish
* Manage all aspects including programming, budgets, quality and safety
* Lead a team of up to 10 direct reports plus subcontractors
* Report to senior management while maintaining client relationships
* Package on offer: Up to $160,000 + Superannuation
To be considered:
* Proven Project Management with industrial construction experience (Sheds, warehouse, or large steel structures ideal)
* Full project lifecycle expertise - from planning through to handover
* Strong commercial acumen -budget control, subcontractor management and risk mitigation
* Leadership skills to manage site teams and stakeholders effectively
* Willingness to travel between project sites as needed
* Full working rights in Australia
* Valid Australian drivers licence & own transport
