We're seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative to help grow their client base and strengthen market presence across Australia. This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll do?
* Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
* Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
* Promote logistics services, providing tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives
* Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and laws
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoices
* Deliver excellent after-sales support and gather feedback to strengthen relationships
* Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with new and existing customers
What you need?
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
* Demonstrated sales track record and a strong understanding of the logistics or transport industry (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
* Strong time management and strategic planning abilities
