Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mortgage Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that their experience with us is nothing short of outstanding. You will have an existing database of clients to work with, and build relationships with to address their lending requirements as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing database of clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Oversee client service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Provide home loan recommendations for our customers.
* Facilitate open communication, both internally and externally, to enhance the client experience.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a mortgage broker or client services role in the home loan industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
