What We Offer
Work on complex, strategic matters for a diverse SME client base — from brand protection to global portfolio strategy, enforcement, and commercial IP. No churn-and-burn filing, just genuinely interesting work that makes an impact.
A Fully Remote Role
Work from anywhere in Australia — ideally from Brisbane or the Gold Coast where you could work a hybrid model and collaborate closely with our existing trademark specialists in our Helensvale office.
Leadership of a Growing IP Team
Step into a leadership role leading our trade mark division, currently supported by a junior IP lawyer and a paralegal. With strong workflow and strategic vision, this is a rare opportunity to shape and grow your own team.
Support to Focus on Your Expertise
Client Managers handle inbound enquiries, admin and support quoting — giving you more time to focus on high-value legal work and client strategy, not chasing paperwork.
Genuine Work-Life Balance & Outstanding Culture
Enjoy a no-politics, collaborative team culture. Everyone supports one another — we work hard, but we also look after each other.
Mentorship & Industry Leadership
An exciting opportunity to work alongside and learn from highly experienced IP professionals. You'll be supported by leaders who are deeply respected in the industry, with direct exposure to strategic thinking, mentorship, and top‐tier trade mark expertise.
