**The Role**
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering internal and external calls;
- Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;
- Booking meeting rooms;
- Ordering and receiving couriers;
- Word processing and data entry,
- General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and
- Catering assistance if required.
**Who We Are Looking For**
Previous experience in a corporate reception is preferred and salary commensurate with experience.
