About the role HERE -Hope Empower Resilient Enableis a new program funded by Queensland Health, designed to provide early intervention and non-clinical psychosocial mental health supports. HERE program is designed to empower young people up to 18 years of age who are at risk of disconnecting due to a mental health condition. The program supports the geographical area of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Services catchment, and team members will be located at our Bundaberg office, Hervey Bay and Agnes Water sites.We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedYouth Workerto join the Fraser Coast team. This is a full-time fixed term position until 30 June 2026. Travel within the Hervey Bay area will be required in which a company vehicle is available.
