The Business Support Team is seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to support the Caboolture District office. The role involves performing administrative tasks with high accuracy, including Work Order Creation (WOC) and Management (WOM), shared inbox management, data analysis using Microsoft Excel, liaison with operational staff & supervisors, and assisting with reception duties.
This position offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build their CV in a reputable QLD government department. The successful candidate will have proven administration experience, preferably in a construction environment or similar setting. Additionally, they should possess basic to intermediate MS Office Suite skills, including Excel.
* Perform Work Order Creation (WOC) and Work Order Management (WOM) within Ellipse
* Shared inbox management
* Data collation and interpretation using Microsoft Excel
